In the event if the item is out of stock and you would like to order it please contact us to check when new stock is coming in.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us on
hello@t-luscioustea.com.au within 14 days of purchase to explain the reason for return. We want you to love our tea as much as we do. If not, we'll process a refund when you return the product.
Our return policy is 30 days from purchase. In order to return the goods, your item must be in its original packaging and not damaged.
SHIPPING INFO
Australia Post standard shipping Australia wide flat rate $9.50. Free shipping starts from $50 per order. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3–7 business days depending on your location within Australia
