If you're lucky you're talking about the same issue.

OK, I'm happy to be the shill.
The reason the third link I posted has been removed is that it is a duplicate
and the original link is far better.
Blastocyst formation and preimplantation development following fertilization of oocytes matured in culture with gonadotropins and cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate.
Only a limited number of studies have been performed on the developmental potential of fertilized oocytes following culture of large numbers of oocytes matured in vitro. In the present study, oocytes were retrieved from the largest follicle of 36 women at a diameter of 20 to 25 mm during a spontaneous menstrual cycle. The oocytes were cultured for 24 hours in the presence of gonadotropins and cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (cAMP) in order to determine whether maturation in vitro and fertilization can be achieved. The first part of the study demonstrated that, after fertilization in vitro, the cleavage rate and the blastocyst formation rate were 44.2 +/- 9.5% and 16.6 +/- 6.7%, respectively. The second part of the study demonstrated that the blastocyst formation rate increased with the number of oocytes used for in vitro fertilization (IVF). The blastocyst formation rate increased from 8.3 +/- 1.6% for 10 oocytes to 21.1 +/- 4.5% for 40 oocytes. The results obtained after IVF of oocytes matured in the presence of cAMP confirm the results obtained after IVF of oocytes matured in the absence of cAMP.
I tried a macOS Sierra USB card reader, my USB 3 card reader, an SD card reader connected to my MacBook Pro 2015, and I've tried with all these brands of card, none of them work. My iMac 5k SD card reader is the only one that works for me, and that's strange, and it worked fine under Mojave.
I contacted Sandisk support who said 'if the card works in an external reader it's obviously not the card that's the problem' and Apple support got me to reset the various PRAM etc then run a fresh install of Catalina, all to no avail, then said next thing to try would be a complete erase and reinstall, and if that fails we know it's a 'hardware issue'. 827ec27edc
